An update from police after Unifor Local 195 president said three members were struck Monday by a transport truck at Titan Tool and Die.
Windsor police say they have closed the investigation at Titan Tool after "discussion with all parties on scene."
No charges were laid.
The workers have been locked out since mid-August in an ongoing labour dispute about the future of the auto parts factory.
The union described the workers' injuries as "not serious" but said they were taken to hospital.
