A 46-year-old Windsor man facing charges after the shooting death of a teen in February 2017 has been committed to trial.
David Formosa was arrested after city police began an investigation a shooting.
Officers were initially called to Windsor Regional Hospital for a report of a man suffering a gunshot wound.
19-year-old Dallas Nelson died in hospital.
Formosa was initially charged with first-degree murder.
The judge in the preliminary hearing ruled there was sufficient evidence to go to trial, but on a charge of second-degree murder.
A date for trial will be set next month.
