Windsor police investigating two incidents
Two bizarre incidents are under investigation in Windsor.
Police say on the afternoon of July 12th, two female teens were seated on a bench at the Ford Test Track, a male also seated nearby made them uncomfortable so they got up and moved but were followed by the suspect who then performed an indecent act.
Then last Wednesday evening, a suspect matching the same description began riding a bike around a female teen at the Ford Test Track. She became upset and a witness confronted the suspect who then fled.
The suspect is described as a white man, in his late teens or early 20's, six-feet tall with a muscular build, short brown hair and scruffy facial hair.
He was seen riding a red/copper coloured mountain bicycle, eastbound on Milloy Street and then southbound, possibly on Aubin Road.
