Windsor police are investigating an alleged groping incident.

According to police, the incident happened in Willistead Park around 9am on Wednesday.

Police say a female in her teens was walking through the park when she was approached by a man riding a bike who began harassing the female and making inappropriate comments.

The female told police she continued walking away and then the male touched her inappropriately from behind — she then confronted him and he fled.

He was last seen riding a purple mountain bike east on Richmond St. and is described as a white man between 35 and 40 years old with a skinny build,  thin hair and a receding hairline.

According to the girl, he was wearing a dark orange sweatshirt and light gray jogging pants.
