You may not need the snow shovel much more this week.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Weiqing Zhang says just another 2cm of snowfall is expected on Tuesday in Windsor-Essex.
The system should move out of the region come Wednesday evening and some of the snow could begin to melt on Thursday as temperatures rise.
Zhang says about 14cm of snow fell by 6pm on Monday -- but doesn't expect those types of volumes again this week.
The low is forecasted to hit minus-10C on Wednesday before jumping to plus-5C on Thursday.
The forecast is calling for rain on Friday.
