The Ministry of Labour (MOL) is investigating after a worker at the Windsor Assembly Plant fell from a ladder.
The incident happened Sunday December 16.
One order has been issued by the MOL for Chrysler to remove a specific piece of equipment from services.
The company has complied and the matter remains under investigation.
There is no word on the condition of the worker.
