Michigan fell to South Carolina 26-19 in the Outback Bowl in Tampa yesterday.
The Wolverines had a 19-3 lead late in the third quarter, but they were not able to overcome five turnovers in the second-half and 23 unanswered points by the Gamecocks.
Quarterback Brandon Peters completed 20 of 44 pass attempts for 186 yards and two interceptions, Quinn Nordin made four field goals, including one from 48-yards, and Ben Mason rushed for a one-yard touchdown.
Michigan ends the season with an 8-5 record.
