The Red Wings are in Chicago to face off against the Blackhawks in an Original Six matchup tonight.
Detroit is coming off a 6-3 loss to the Sharks in San Jose on Saturday.
Forward Justin Abdelkader and defenseman Mike Green could be back in the lineup tonight.
Both have been skating with the team and yesterday they practiced with the power play units. Abdelkader has missed the last 18 games with a knee injury and Green has been sidelined for the last eight games with an upper body injury.
