The PC candidate in Windsor-West is saddened over allegations against his former leader, but says the accusations need to be addressed.
Patrick Brown resigned as leader amid allegations of sexual misconduct by two women.
Adam Ibrahim is running for the PC party in Windsor-West and says Brown did the right thing by resigning.
"These are serious allegations that should be addressed absolutely," he says.
He hopes this doesn't distract from the campaign with the election this summer.
"I feel that this will bring us together," he says. "The PC Party is a strong group of individuals, MPPs and caucus members and we work together for the people of Ontario and that they are the priority and they come first."
Brown was scheduled to attend an event in February in Windsor but Ibrahim doesn't believe Brown will attend.
