The election isn't until June but the PC candidate in Windsor West has officially opened his campaign headquarters.
More than 50-people gathered in the office on the corner of Ouellette Ave. and Giles Blvd. Saturday morning for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Ibrahim tells AM800 News the office will be bustling with an election on the way.
"We're four-months away from the election, we have a full-functioning campaign office," he says. "As you can see from the size of the room, the momentum is strong, everybody's excited and there's a strong appetite for change in Windsor-Essex."
Ibrahim's campaign will focus on four key areas.
"We're going to lower the hydro-rates, lower income tax, give families child-care refunds so they can put their children in daycare and any after school programs, up to a 75% rebate," says Ibrahim. "As well as the largest mental health investment in the province of Ontario and any other province."

With controversy surrounding former Ontario PC Leader Patrick Brown, who recently stepped down after sexual misconduct accusations surfaced, Ibrahim says the party needs to focus on politics moving forward.
"I feel as long as we stick to our platform and we can deliver a positive message to the people, if we stay on track I feel that will get us a long way," he says.
Ibrahim was a Senior Advisor to Brown in Queens Park before getting the node to run in this year's election.
