A Windsor teen is without a licence for seven days and a vehicle for a week after a traffic stop on Highway 3.

Police report a vehicle blew by their radar at 190 km/h and was pulled over.
An 18-year-old male from Windsor faces a charge of Racing a Motor Vehicle and will appear in court next month.
