The Windsor Symphony Orchestra is moving forward with a digital concert series for the remainder of the year.
WSO Music Director Maestro Robert Franz says "Re-Imagine 2020" will include 12 digital concerts.
He says each session will be about 40 minutes in length.
"There will also be interviews that will occur," says Franz. "These interviews will be with composers that are featured, guest artists from out of town that are featured as well as many of the musicians inside the Windsor Symphony Orchestra."
Franz says the WSO worked with all its musicians on its re-launch plans.
"We've included the musicians in this discussion from the very onset of this process so we wouldn't have moved forward if we felt like our team wasn't ready to go," says Franz.
He says WSO has an eight page guidance document outlining safety protocols for the Capital Theatre.
"What we decided early on is that whatever protocols were required, we would double those at least and increase those so that we were, even if it was over the top, how careful we were being that we would not put anyone at risk," says Franz.
Franz says the WSO will begin to record the concerts next month.
He says the first concert will be available on Saturday October 3.
The subscription cost is $100 for the concert series.
