An update to Windsor's ten-month-old "warrior princess."
Today marks day 100 since Madalayna Ducharme received her bone marrow transplant.
Her mother Tamara says her daughter is doing great and is now recovering in London instead of Toronto.
She says she has heard from others and the chances of problems go down once you hit the 100 day mark.
"We are so happy and excited and thankful and like I don't even know, it's awesome," says Ducharme. "We didn't know we would get this far in the beginning of the journey so it's fabulous."
Madalayna's brother Henrik was her bone marrow match.
Madalayna was diagnosed with a rare life threatening genetic disorder.
It's still unknown when Madalayna will come home.
