It's 20,000 hits and going strong for Windsor's new parking app.

As of December, residents in Windsor could use their smart phone to pay for metered street parking and city-run surface lots.

Parking Compliance and Enforcement Supervisor Bill Kralovensky says the uptake has been excellent.

He says the most important thing has been the positive feedback.

The app also sends the resident a 15-minute reminder that their time is running out.
