The City of Windsor is asking you to take a trip down memory lane.
It's putting together a list of the city's 125 most memorable moments as part of Windsor's 125th birthday celebrations. The list will be unveiled in June.
Mayor Drew Dilkens says nowhere in Canada is there a richer history than Windsor's. "After invading Canada at the beginning of the War of 1812, the American military used this place as their headquarters for a short time, Sir Isaac Brock bombarded the Fort of Detroit from this property and Chief Tecumseh spent time here on his way to the battle of the Thames."
Dilkens says any event between 1892 and 2017 can be submitted by visiting celebrating2017.ca
The deadline is May 30th.
