As the downpour continues in Windsor-Essex, as of early Monday afternoon, the city had received 105 flooding calls.
City Engineer Mark Winterton admits it is not a big number compared to last September's storm where 1,900 homes in Windsor flooded.
He says crews are out to make sure all pumping stations are working properly.
Winterton says the flooding calls are coming from all over the city.
"When we have 59 random, isolated flooding situations, it would lead me to believe that a lot of that is related to internal plumbing," says Winterton.
He is encouraging people to call 3-1-1 if their basement floods.
