Officials are calling it arson.
Windsor fire officials say this morning's blaze at 'Ahsome Records' on Tecumseh Rd., near Meldrum Rd., was deliberately set.
Total damage to the building, and contents inside it, is listed at around $250,000.
The fire started shortly after 2am at 3341 Tecumseh Rd. E.
There's also an apartment upstairs and 'Tony's Chargrill Restaurant' next door.
Both had to be ventilated for smoke.
No one was hurt.
