A Windsor man and woman have been charged after a downtown drug bust where police seized crystal meth and fentanyl, likely targeting the homeless.
On Thursday, May 8th, police executed a search warrant at a home on Bruce Ave. and University Ave.. Two people were found inside and were arrested.
Investigators found 50 packed baggies containing suspected crystal meth.
They also found suspected fentanyl, Canadian cash, a digital scale and cell phones.
Police believe the drugs were being sold to homeless and vulnerable people living in the city core.
A 29-year-old Windsor woman and 55-year-old Windsor man have been charged.
