Windsor police are asking for help identifying a suspect after a church was vandalized earlier this month.
Investigators say a man was reportedly caught on surveillance video on Aug. 7 throwing rocks through two windows of a church in the 100 block of Giles Boulevard East before leaving on foot.
The suspect is described as a man with a medium complexion and a black-and-grey goatee.
He was wearing a blue Toronto Blue Jays hat, blue jeans and black-and-purple shoes. Police say he was shirtless and had a black shirt hanging from the waistband of his pants.
The Major Crimes Unit is leading the investigation and is examining whether the incident was hate-motivated.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Windsor police or Crime Stoppers.
