A post-mortem was scheduled for today for a homicide victim that led police to close off Tecumseh Rd. E near Drouillard Rd. in Windsor for much of the day on Saturday.
The victim is being identified as a 43-year-old man from Windsor.
He was spotted by a passing driver on the north sidewalk on Tecumseh Rd. E between Alexis Rd. and Drouillard Rd. early in the morning. Police responded to the scene at about 3:55am on Saturday.
The victim was sent to hospital where he died of his injuries.
Police wouldn't say how he was hurt or what were the nature of the man's injuries.
