A Windsor man has been arrested after a Windsor police officer was hurt.
Police were called Friday 8pm to the area of the 6th Concession and Morand St for a man running up and down the streeet wearing only shorts, a t-shirt and no shoes.
The man had also been laying in the intersection.
Police found the man who began swearing at them and slammed his hands on the police cruiser.
As police approached, there was a struggle and police had to taser him. During the arrest, one of the officers suffered a fractured ankle.
22-year-old Steven Kanouna of Windsor is charged with assault peace officer causing bodily harm, assaulting police and resisting peace officer.
Investigators are looking for any witnesses or video surveillance of the incident.
