The Windsor Police Service is looking to the public to identify a suspect in an assault.
Early Thursday morning, a 28-year-old man was assaulted in the parking lot in the 1100 block of Wyandotte Street West (between Elm and Oak Streets)
The victim was walking through the lot and got into a verbal altercation with a man.
The assailant hit the victim causing him to fall to the ground and strike his head.
The victim was taken to the hospital with a serious but not life-threatening head injury.
The suspect is a white male who was wearing a black and red hoody, black sweat pants and black and white running shoes at the time of the assault.
