Windsor police made an unusual find after stopping a vehicle Thursday night.
Around 8pm on May 7, police noticed a vehicle that had plates that were not registered to the vehicle.
The vehicle was stopped and police noticed items believed to have been stolen inside the car.
One item was a homemade Conducted Energy Weapon, or a taser.
It was a cylinder with two prongs sticking out of it with wires and when officers tested it, it worked.
Some drugs, including percocet and Fentanyl, and cash were also found.
Two Windsor men have been charged.
