Mike Jones, a 51 year old male from Windsor is wanted for assault
Windsor police are concerned about the wellbeing of an unknown female.
Around 7:30pm Monday, officers were dispatched to the area of Queen St. and Watkins St. where a witness told police, a female was forced into a white pick-up truck with a ladder hanging off the rear of the truck.
Because the witness got the plate number, officers were able to speak with the registered owner of the vehicle and identified the alleged suspect using the vehicle.
Witnesses also stated that the two were seen arguing in the truck shortly before the incident.
Officers searched a number of locations but were unable to locate the suspect, vehicle or the unknown female. The female is described as a white, approximately 20-years-old, long brown hair, medium build, wearing a white t-shirt and jean shorts. Mike Jones, 51, of Windsor is wanted for assault — he's described as a black male, 5'11", medium build, wearing a white shirt and shorts.
