WINDSOR — Windsor police have arrested a suspect after seizing over 250 grams of Fentanyl.
Police launched an investigation into drug trafficking in the city in May 2020 and identified a suspect.
On Wednesday, June 10, 2020, investigators located a car on the 401, heading into the city.
Police kept surveillance on the vehicle.
Around 7pm, the vehicle was stopped on King Street and the suspect was arrested.
Police say the Fentanyl was packaged in several colours along with some Oxycodone pills and cell phones.
Mohamud Farah, 31, of Toronto is charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
