A 20-year-old man from Waterloo has been charged first degree murder in the death of 16-year-old Chance Gauthier.
Windsor Police say Mal Chol was arrested in the city on Saturday without incident.
Chol is charged with first degree murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.
Gauthier's body was found last Wednesday in an alley off Church Street between Erie and Caroline.
Police are also looking for 19-year-old Nouraldin Rabee from Windsor.

An arrest warrant has been issued for the same charges..
Rabee is described as being 6'2, 150lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Sgt. Steve Betteridge says a firearm has not been recovered.
"Investigators have been able to confirm that both the accused in this matter and the deceased victim were known to one another," says Betteridge. "It's believed that this murder was in fact a targeted act."
Investigators believe Rabee has fled the area.
