15 people have been charged with 108 offences in what Windsor police are describing as the biggest meth investigation in the city.
Undercover officers were used to track down drug dealers of Crystal Methamphetamine and Fentanyl during a 12-week investigation.
The arrests were made this week and more arrests are pending.
The 15 people, ranging in age from 23 to 69, face a variety of drug trafficking charges.
Windsor police are warning the use of these drugs, especially Fentanyl, is becoming a serious public health issue.
Just a couple of grams of Fentanyl can kill and the drug is blamed for three deaths in Windsor this year.
"One of the trends observed was the presence of Crystal Methamphetamine or some cases blue Crystal Meth in the city. Officers were able to confirm Crystal Meth has taken over Crack Cocaine in the city of Windsor," says Staff Sergeant Frank Providenti.
Fentanyl is 100 times more potent than morphine and it is odourless and tasteless making it more deadly because it can be mixed with other drugs.
"This Fentanyl will kill you. Just a couple of grams can take this whole room down if taken improperly," warned Providenti

"I will tell you a quote one of our drug dealers told us when we bought the Fentanyl: 'Make sure you cut this because it will kill people'," said Providenti. "They know it and they know it enough to tell the purchasers 'don't sell this straight up', that they need to cut it 10 to 15 times."
The value of the drugs seized is $180,000 which included crystal meth, fentanyl, cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, oxycodone pills and some marihuana.
Providenti says the drugs are coming from the west coast and China.
