A Windsor pair is facing more than 70 charges after a property crime spree.
In October 2017, police began investigating nine break and enters at apartment buildings over a four day period.
The crimes involved theft of vehicles, theft of personal property and property damage.
Investigators were able to identify the suspects.
A 30-year-old Windsor man is charged with 10 counts of possession of property obtained by crime, six counts of possession of documents of another person, nine counts of break and enter and 10 counts of mischief, along with other charges.
A 28-year-old Windsor woman is facing similar charges of 10 counts of possession of property obtained by crime, six counts of possession of identity documents of another person, breach of probation, four counts of break and enter, eight counts of mischief and two counts of theft under $5000.
