260 vouchers are available
The City of Windsor is offering spay and neuter vouchers for cats.
As part of the 2019 Operating Budget, $20,000 has been set aside for the program to reduce the number of stray cats and cats that are euthanized.
260 vouchers will be available, valued at $75 each.
They will be available starting Tuesday, April 16th. Requests will not be accepted prior to that time.
Vouchers for owned cats are reserved for low-income families and proof will be required.
For feral cat caregivers, a maximum of two vouchers will be issued with no income restrictions.
