A local organization which is creating an archive of Windsor's musical history is looking for memorabilia.
Windsor Music Archive Director AJ Vanden Berghe says items such as posters, t-shirts, set lists as well as digital content is needed.
Vanden Berghe says they are hosting an event at The Rondo to get the collection going. He says the archive will serve as a celebration of Windsor's vast music history.
"I wanted to find a way to bring as much of it together in one singular place as possible, and really make a deal out of it," says Vanden Berghe. "Really get people to understand just how deep the history in this city goes, because to me it's so important."
He says they're looking for things like music, posters, set lists and t-shirts. Vanden Berghe says not to worry if you miss the pre-registry, still bring it by.
Friday's "One Night in Windsor" event will also host a giant open jam session.
