Two Windsor men (41 years old and 68 years old) have been charged for having several cartons of unmarked cigarettes.
Chatham-Kent OPP made the discovery during a recent traffic stop on Hwy. 401 near Scane Rd. in the Ridgetown area.
Police say open liquor was also found in the vehicle.
