The Crown and defence are seeking two years in prison and three years probation for a Windsor man who pleaded guilty to three child porn-related charges.
23-year-old Christopher Metivier pleaded guilty in court Wednesday to child luring, making child porn and possession of child porn.
He was originally facing 86 counts.
In September 2014, Windsor police received information from York police regarding a province-wide child pornography investigation with connections to Windsor.
A search warrant was executed at Metivier's home on Villaire where police seized computers, a cell phone and camera.
68 photos, 7 videos and 21 Skype videos were found containing graphic child porn with images of males 7 to 14 years of age.
Court heard Metivier would go onto Skype forums looking for males under the age of 17 to engage in sexual acts on camera.
He never asked to meet them in person.
Metivier told the court he is sorry for everything and will never look at that material again.
He sought immediate counselling upon his arrest.
Justice Sharman Bondy put sentencing over to next week.
