A Windsor man has been charged by the RCMP under the Citizenship Act.
The Mounties allege that on March 14, 2018, a 49-year-old man used a fraudulent Canadian Citizenship Card to get an Ontario driver's license.
Ian Antinio Whynder faces two counts of using an altered Canadian Citizenship Card as proof of identification to support his application for a drivers license.
Whynder has a court date in St. Catherines on March 21, 2019.
