Windsor Major Crimes Branch continuing to investigate murder conspiracy case
The Windsor Police Major Crimes Branch has laid a charge of conspiracy to commit murder against a 39-year-old man.
The investigation was launched this past Wednesday evening when officers received information about a man looking for someone to commit a murder.
Detectives determined an offence had taken place and they identified a suspect.
Later in the evening, a man was arrested at a home in the 300 block of Glengarry Avenue near University Avenue East.
Hassan Al Hariri of Windsor faces one charge of conspiracy to commit murder.
Police are still actively investigating the matter.
