The OPP charged a 56yearold after a stop on the 401
A Windsor man is facing charges in a case involving illegal cigarettes.
On November 10th, Chatham-Kent OPP stopped a car on the 401 near Kenesserie Rd.
During the stop, officers discovered several cartons of unmarked cigarettes.
56-year-old Craig Taffinder is facing three charges including possession of unmarked cigarettes and driving while suspended.
He's due in court December 8th.
