A 45-year-old Windsor man is being charged after a fatal single-vehicle crash on Highway 3 near Manning Rd. over the weekend.
Jay Richards from Windsor is being charged with impaired driving causing death and driving a vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood.
Police say the crash in Lakeshore on Saturday around 7:30pm killed 59-year-old Ronald Martin from Kingsville. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Martin was the passenger in a Jeep that rolled over on the highway, east of Manning Rd.
Richards is set to appear in court in Windsor on June 1, 2017.
