A Windsor man has been charged following a series of unprovoked attacks, including a stabbing.
As AM800 News reported on the weekend, police were called to the area of Aylmer Ave. and Assumption Saturday at 2:30pm for a stabbing.
Officers found a 71-year-old man suffering from a non-life threatening stab wound. The victim pointed to the suspect believed responsible for the attack.
The senior had defended himself with a gardening tool.
The suspect approached police, but was acting aggressively and was extremely agitated.
Officers used a taser to gain control.
Through the investigation, police learned two other random people, a 63-year-old parking lot attendant and a 50-year-old man, were also attacked within 15 minutes of each other — the 50-year-old victim was struck repeatedly with a lamp shade.
