A Windsor man has been charged after allegedly abusing a dog and filming it.
Police say they were tipped off yesterday (Wed. Nov. 16) by a family member of the accused who had the video sent to them.
Police do confirm to AM800 News that the person in the video can be seen kicking the bulldog type dog, as well as choking it with the leash.
It's believed the person in the video is the dog's owner.
Jesse Elliot McGraw, 26, is charged with causing unnecessary pain, suffering or injury to an animal.
