A Windsor man who says he just plays for fun, has 100,000 reasons to smile.
Franko Stemberger won on the instant "In The Money Multiplier" game.
He is looking forward to using the money to visit family in the US.
"A trip to visit my daughter and grandchild would be wonderful." said Stemberger, "I am a happy guy, whether I win the lottery or not! This is extra and amazing and icing on the cake"
Stemberger is on a winning streak, having won $10,000 on another scratch ticket a few months ago.
