National rate remains unchanged
Windsor's unemployment rate has taken a jump.
The latest report from Statistics Canada sets the rate at 6.7% for October. That's an increase of .5% from September's rate of 6.2%.
The national rate for October is unchanged at 5.5% even though the economy lost 1800 jobs following two consecutive months of growth.
