A Windsor grandmother is going to travel and spend time with family after winning $100,000 in a lottery scratch ticket.
Laurie McLachlan won the money in the Instant Queen of Hearts game.
McLachlan is a regular player and won two times before.
She was on her way home after a day out with her daughters and decided to stop in to cash in a few tickets.
Originally, she thought she won $5.00 but then saw it was $100,000.
She says she went numb and thought her eyes were playing tricks on her.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Tourangeau Mini Mart in Windsor.
