The province and Windsor-Essex are trending in the right direction when it comes to COVID-19.
Ontario reported only 79 new cases of the virus Sunday.
According to Health Minister Christine Elliot, it's the seventh straight day the province recorded fewer than 100 new cases.
Locally, Windsor-Essex has just four new cases Sunday bringing the region's total to 2,368.
Out of 34 public health units across the province, 30 reported fewer than five new cases while 18 saw no new cases at all.
The death toll in Windsor-Essex remains at 71 while 2,114 people have made a full recovery after contracting COVID-19.
Outbreaks are being reported at 11 workplaces in Windsor-Essex — that includes six farms in Kingsville and Leamington.
Augustine Villas in Kingsville is the only long-term care home still in outbreak protocol.
