A Windsor drama teacher facing allegations of professional misconduct has been suspended by the Ontario College of Teachers.
According to the Ontario College of Teachers website, John Anthony Clark Nabben has been suspended as of April 19, 2018 for non-payment of fees.
Nabben who taught at the Greater Essex County District School Board, has chosen not to register with the college which means he is no longer a member in good standing and can not teach in a publicly funded school.
He was facing a laundry list of accusations spanning from 2006 to 2016.
Six students claimed Nabben was verbally and emotionally abusive, telling one female student she 'wasn't being sexual enough' and needed to make her performance more 'orgasmic.'
Another student claimed he would play with her hair and touch her leg during rehearsals.
