A Chatham man has been charged with impaired operation by drug following a crash in Windsor.
The OPP were called to a two vehicle crash on Highway 3 near the EC Row Expressway on November 4 at 6pm.
A vehicle, with two people inside, was rear-ended by another vehicle.
The two people in the first vehicle were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle was not hurt but showed signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
The 25-year-old Chatham man is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle-by drug.
Both vehicles were heavily damaged.
