A Windsor company where a worker died in an industrial accident earlier this year has complied with all ministry requirements that were issued.
On April 12, 2018, 24-year-old Michael Cobb of Chatham died after being hurt on the job at Pre-Stressed Systems Inc. on Walker Rd.
The Ministry of Labour says all requirements have been complied with and no new orders have been issued.
The ministry had issued three requirements at the time which included the company providing an engineering report on a piece of equipment.
The investigation is on-going.
At the time of the fatal industrial accident, an official with LiUNA Local 625--the union representing the workers, said a piece of equipment failed.
