Sentencing hearing was put over to the new year
A Windsor man has pleaded guilty in connection to his brother's death.
Darcey Woodrich, 36, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and the case was put over to January for a sentencing hearing.
In October 2017, Woodrich was play fighting or wrestling with his brother in the backyard of a home on Elm St. near University Ave.
Police say one man put the other man in a choke hold until he became unconscious.
Corey Woodrich was taken to the hospital and died.
