The University of Windsor mens basketball team is starting to take shape
Lancer men's basketball head coach Chris Cheng is thrilled to announce the addition of two more standout recruits for the 2019-20 season.
Joining the Blue & Gold in the fall are guards Marko Josipovic and Julian Lepp.
Josipovic, a native of Stoney Creek is a 6'3 guard with Saltfleet DHS where he helped lead the team to three straight Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board Championships.
Josipovic was named a silver fox all-star and was also named the tournament MVP at the Niagara Festival of Lights tournament in January.
Lepp, also a 6'3 guard, comes to Windsor from Oakville where he played for Kings Christian Collegiate.
Prior to playing with Kings Christian, Lepp played two years at Orangeville Prep where he helped lead the squad to an OSBA championship and was named the team's most improved player in 2017-18.
The Lancers open their OUA conference schedule at home against the Western Mustangs on Wednesday, October 23rd in the Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse.
