The Valiant TMS Group has been sold to a Chinese consortium.
The sale of the tooling company is scheduled to close later this year. The identity of the buyer is being kept confidential until then and the value has not been disclosed.
The Solcz Group was founded in 1959 in Windsor and expanded operations to 27 facilities in 15 countries.
Valiant is a provider of automated production systems and specialized tooling for the auto, aerospace and heavy industry sectors.
