Tenants surprised when they returned home
Chatham-Kent Police have charged a Wheatley landlord.
Police say on Thursday, tenants of a Wheatley apartment arrived to their unit and found their landlord sitting on their couch naked.
According to police, the apartment door was taken off its hinges.
The landlord, a 63-year-old Wheatley man was charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house and forcible entry.
He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
