A Wallaceburg man faces a number of charges following several incidents in Chatham-Kent.
Earlier this month, (July 22) a man armed with a knife, a rifle and a handgun forced his way into a home, threatened the occupants, then fled with a woman on a motorcycle.
Officers found the bike but could not pursue it for safety reasons.
Police say the same motorcycle has been involved in other police chases across southwestern Ontario. On Thursday, the suspect was located near Thamesville.
50-year-old Robert Knight of Agnes Street in Wallaceburg faces extortion, pointing a firearm, break and enter, assault with a weapon and other drug and weapons charges.
